The Medical Business Associates Training Institute offers on and offsite patient advocate training and certification to individuals and groups. We teach people to:

• Navigate patients through the complex world of healthcare
• Answer patient questions and resolve patient concerns
• Help patients assemble, maintain and use their personal health records

• Help patients overturn insurance denials
